“EVERYBODY,” Madonna’s first commercially available single, was written by Madonna and produced by New York DJ Mark Kamins. Before landing a recording contract, Madonna used to FREQUENT New York City NIGHTCLUB, Danceteria. Mark Kamins was one of the club’s bIGGEST DEEJAYS at the time and was beginning to produce songs. Madonna brought him some of the demos she had recorded with Stephen Bray and Kamins decided to play them at the club. “Everybody” was one of the demos played and it received a great response from the crowd. Kamins, seeing the song’s potential, decided to produce it. In 1982, Madonna signed a singles deal with Sire Records, a New Wave label belonging to Warner Bros. Records. The song was commercially released in October 1982, a time when Disco was dying out and 80′s New Wave Synth-Pop was beginning to appear on the music scene. i loved this show. “My Two Dads” is a sitcom that aired on NBC from 1987 to 1990 and starred Staci Keanan, Paul Reiser and Greg Evigan. staci was so cute. Florence Stanley, who played Judge Margaret W. Wilbur, also starred on “Night Court,” as the hard nosed, no-nonsense judge that awarded Nicole into the custody of Michael and Joey, the two men who had gone out with her deceased mother. in one episode, Nicole had a DNA test run to determine which of her two dads was her biological father. She destroyed the results before opening them after realizing that she was happier not knowing who the father was.
