• Alicia Keys & Jay-Z “Empire State Of Mind PT. II” Live

On Tuesday, December 1st, Alicia Keys performed an exclusive set at New York City’s Nokia Theater for an American Express cardmembers only event in honor of World AIDS day. The event, which was streaming live on YouTube, benefited Alicia’s charity Keep A Child Alive which “is dedicated to providing life-saving anti-retroviral treatment, care and support services to children and families in Africa and India whose lives have been affected by HIV/AIDS.” During the concert, Alicia asked attendees to text the word “ALIVE” to 90999 to donate $5 to her charity. You can donate and find out more information at the official KACA website here. Shout out to Micahjesse.com for bringing this to my attention. PS. I know I have posted quite a few “New York State Of Mind” posts lately but these kind of records do not come around too often. It feels great when a Hip Hop record like this becomes a timeless universal anthem. We don’t live the making of a classic every day. Enjoy it.

i am continually roaming all across the net just about all of the working day thus I tend to browse a whole lot, which isn’t commonly a beneficial factor as a large amount of the pages I view are composed of useless waste copied from some other websites a zillion times, nonetheless I gotta give you props this website is in truth quite informative and even consists of a bit of authentic information, so cheers for breaking the trends of simply duplicating other peoples’ websites :)
